The YORK® Elite Olympic Training Bar boasts a minimum tensile strength of 190,000 PSI after heat treatment and is crafted from North American steel. It's an outstanding option for Olympic-style lifts. The ferrous bushings provide smooth and consistent rotation, while the sleeves are secured with a bar end nut and spring pin. Machined to a precise 1.975” diameter, the sleeves are designed to fit 2” Olympic plates. This bar meets all Olympic specifications.
