Description
Triticum aestivum A dependable producer in the Northwest since the 1960s. Performs better on wet soils than other wheat varieties. Makes great flour for gravies, sauces, biscuits, and cakes. Recommended seeding rate: 3-4 pounds per 1000 square feet; 70-150 pounds per acre.
