Before Using the Infrared Duo Styler:
- Hold down the power button to turn on
- Press the power button to cycle through temperature settings
- Press the fan button until you hear the fan turn on
- To turn off the fan, press the fan button again until it stops
- Hold down the power button to turn off
Always protect your alternative hair when using heat styling tools. Use Jon Renau's Heat Protectant on dry human hair and heat-friendly fibers before applying heat.
Styling Instructions: For heat-friendly synthetic & alternative human hair fibers
- Start with completely dry fiber. Secure your wig or topper to a block head for styling.
- For heat-friendly synthetic fiber, set the temperature to 285°F or lower. Do not exceed 285°F. For Alternative human hair, set the temperature to 355°F maximum. Do not exceed 355°F.
- Ensure the fan setting is turned on to activate the cooling system.
- Work in small sections.
- Curl or straighten using the curved edges or glide straight through.
- Allow each section to cool completely before brushing or touching.
