The Warrior Cube Luxe 4-5 Person Outdoor Sauna Experience

Step inside and allow the heat to build gradually. Water over hot stones releases gentle steam, filling the space with warmth that surrounds the body and encourages a deep sense of relaxation.  The environment feels quiet and intentional. Natural Finnish Thermo-Pine, soft multi-color chromotherapy light, and steady, enveloping heat work together to create a space where tension eases, circulation improves, and the pace of the day slows.  Enacted as a personal ritual or in the company of treasured companions, each soothing and delightful session becomes a memorable and invigorating moment of restoration.

Standout Features:

• Unrivaled Comfort: Every detail was considered to ensure exceptional comfort, including contoured seating surfaces and supportive arched backrests, so you’ll be comfortable even after long sauna sessions. Satin-smooth thermo-pine seating provides ultra-soft surfaces for a relaxing, enjoyable sauna experience. The expansive glass front wall adds a bright, airy feeling and a picturesque view of the outdoors.
• Robust Construction: Premium-quality materials are evident throughout the Warrior Cube Luxe Series Saunas. The exterior wood is made from durable full-length staves that have been organically thermally enhanced. This Thermo-Pine wood is stronger, more dimensionally stable, naturally resists decay, and will far outlast conventional wood. The All-Weather Roof Shingles are a fiberglass mat saturated with modified bitumen, with the top surface coated with black-colored mineral stone granules. A complete shingle kit with drip rails ensures superior water management and a dry interior. The bronze-tinted, 8mm-thick front door is both beautiful and tempered for your safety.
• Premium Experience Enhancements: Gently illuminating this spectacular sauna is app-based, Wi-Fi-controlled, premium multi-color chromotherapy LED lighting. The elegant indirect lighting brings out the wood's natural beauty and adds another dimension to your relaxing sauna.

What is Chromotherapy*?

Chromotherapy, or color light therapy, is a treatment method that uses visible light wavelengths to treat the mind and body. There is growing evidence that Chromotherapy can play a pivotal role in the treatment of stress, anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders or imbalances. Color light therapy is based on the premise that each color is associated with a different bodily response.

Chromotherapy as a treatment

The common feature of every remedial and curative system of treatment, whether it is Ayurveda, acupuncture, homeopathy, physiotherapy, radiotherapy, aromatherapy, reflexology, or chromotherapy, is to apply vibrations of one kind or another so that the body can be returned to the path to health. Most systems induce vibrations indirectly, but a few apply them directly to the body; chromotherapy is one of them.

What are the health benefits of chromotherapy?

Chromotherapy has been reported to reduce swelling, relieve pain, decrease inflammation, accelerate open-wound healing, and greatly reduce overall recovery time after medical/surgical procedures. Patients have demonstrated increased range of motion, decreased muscle tension and spasm, and improved circulation.

Chromotherapy can be used for pain management, including joint and back pain, muscle soreness or tears, sprains, arthritis, post-surgical scars, burns, wounds, and more. When used with infrared light, chromotherapy is one of the most effective and noninvasive ways to support the body's repair.

Chromotherapy is also used to relieve Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). SAD affects individuals when the lack of sunlight results in seasonal depression. Colored light therapy helps with SAD by resetting circadian rhythms, improving sleep, and regulating mood. Even companies such as GE and Philips have created phototherapeutic products (coloured lamps) to improve and regulate mood.

Does chromotherapy have cosmetic benefits?

Colored light therapy is also a growing anti-aging treatment. Many individuals have seen a reduction in the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, crow’s feet, and age spots when used in combination with near-infrared light.

When combining near-infrared light therapy with RED chromotherapy, you produce Red Light Therapy or LLLT, which is “effective at improving the appearance of the face, neck and chest by reducing the signs of aging, wrinkles and age spots”, says Web M.D. This form of colored light therapy energizes skin cells, stimulating the production of collagen and elastin and restoring the skin's youthful look.

What is the history of Chromotherapy?

Chromotherapy has been valued throughout history as a remarkable source of healing. Today, the therapeutic applications of light and color are being investigated in major hospitals and research centers worldwide. Results indicate that full-spectrum, ultraviolet, coloured, and laser light can have therapeutic value for a range of conditions from chronic pain and depression to immune disorders. It is based on the premise that different colors evoke different responses in people. For example, some colors are considered to be stimulating, whereas others may be soothing. Color therapy has been suggested for many uses, based on tradition or on scientific theories.
