Features & Benefits

8-Sided Anti-Roll Head Design

The 8-sided head design helps keep the dumbbells from rolling when placed on the floor. This supports a cleaner, safer, and more organized training area.

Urethane Encased Solid Steel Heads

The solid steel heads are encased in urethane to help protect the dumbbells, gym flooring, racks, and nearby equipment from damage during regular use.

One-Piece Solid Dumbbell Feel

The solid steel heads and contoured handles are permanently welded together, creating a structurally sound dumbbell for daily strength training.

Contoured Handle Design

The contoured handle helps provide a comfortable hand position for presses, rows, curls, raises, carries, lunges, and other dumbbell movements.

Medium Knurling

The medium knurling gives users a secure grip while still being comfortable for repeated sets.

Wide Weight Selection

The SD-U series includes starter weights and heavier dumbbell sizes, making it useful for building a complete VTX dumbbell set or adding selected pairs to an existing dumbbell area.
