The Viking PureGlide Pro 3-Ply 10-Inch Fry Pan combines a durable stainless steel exterior, responsive aluminum core, and PureGlide Pro titanium cooking surface for precise everyday frying, browning, and searing. Its medium 10-inch size is well suited for preparing 2–3 eggs, vegetables, fish, steaks, and other smaller meals.

The 3-ply construction distributes heat across the base and up the sides of the pan for controlled cooking and consistent results. A flared rim supports cleaner, drip-free pouring, while the riveted ergonomic handle features a heat break designed to help it stay cooler during normal stovetop use.

The hardened titanium cooking surface is metal utensil safe and made without PFAS, PFOA, or PTFE nonstick coatings. It is also non-reactive with acidic and alkaline foods, making the pan suitable for a wide range of recipes.
