Vi Water Drop Top Gel - Step 1 is the first step in a two-step water drop nail art system. It creates the special base surface that allows the Water Drop Top Gel (Step 2) to form realistic raised water droplets without spreading. Cure under a UV/LED lamp before applying step 2 to achieve a long-lasting, deimensional water droplet effect.
