Some popular devices that use USB-C cables are the Nintendo Switch and Samsung Galaxy line of phones.  Depending on your device, it may sit flush or 1/8”-inch above the base. To ensure proper use and no damage to the port on the base or your device, we suggest using two hands to securely make the connection or disconnection with the base charger.  And, you may want to remove any cell phone case for a better fitting connection.
