Description
Built Different from the Ground Up
Every Maverick Lite is precision-assembled in our U.S. facility with components chosen for longevity, efficiency, and hassle-free operation.
Wall or Floor Mount
Compact and efficient, it adapts to your install location. Fits tight spaces like utility closets, under counters, or back-of-house without compromising access.
5-Year Warranty
Every non-consumable component is covered for 5 full years. Membranes and filters are excluded, but we make reordering effortless with auto-ship.
Posi-Seal Double O-Ring at Every Prime Connection
5-micron sediment and carbon block housings, plus every other prime connection in the filtration chain, use posi-seal double O-ring technology. Zero bypass means 100% of your water gets filtered, every time.
Quick-Connect Fittings
3/8″ tubing with high-quality quick-connect fittings throughout. Ships pre-assembled and pre-tested, ready to install straight out of the box.
High-Pressure Switch
Automatically shuts the system down when your storage tank is full, protecting the pump and membranes while eliminating wasted water and energy.
Fully Customizable
Easily adapts to unique water chemistry and demands. Add UV sterilization, storage tanks from 14–120 gallons, or remineralization. Scale as your business grows.
Choose the System That Fits Your Operation
Each model ships pre-assembled and pre-tested on the same modular steel frame. The 200 and 350 GPD run on line pressure alone, while the 500 and 750 add a professional-grade diaphragm pump.

4-Stage Filtration, Nothing Gets By
Every prime connection in the filtration chain uses posi-seal double O-ring technology, so untreated city water passes through four precision stages with zero bypass and 100% of the flow through the media.
5-Micron Sediment Filter
Traps particulates, dirt, and rust before they reach the carbon stages, protecting downstream components and extending membrane life.
Chloramine Block Filter
Targets chloramines (chlorine + ammonia), the disinfectant increasingly used by municipalities that standard carbon alone can't fully remove.
Carbon Block Filter
Adsorbs chlorine, VOCs, and organic compounds that degrade RO membranes. Critical for municipal water sources.
RO Membrane
High-efficiency thin-film composite membrane in a posi-seal double O-ring housing rejects 98.5% of dissolved solids, delivering permeate ready for direct use or storage.
Full Specifications
Every Maverick ships pre-assembled and pre-tested on a modular powder-coated steel frame. The 200 and 350 GPD models run on line pressure, and the 500 and 750 include a professional-grade diaphragm pump. All connections are 3/8″ quick-connect tubing.

Two Ways to Configure Your System
Every Maverick Lite pairs with either a pressurized or atmospheric storage tank. Choose the setup that matches your space, demand pattern, and plumbing infrastructure.
Pressurized Tank Package
The simplest setup: the Maverick fills a pressurized composite tank that delivers water on demand using stored air pressure. No delivery pump required.
- No additional pump or power needed at the point of use
- Tanks from 14–120 gallons, metal or USA-made composite
- High-pressure auto-shutoff protects the system when the tank is full
- Ideal for coffee shops, dental offices, and light commercial use
Atmospheric Tank Package
For higher-volume applications: an open atmospheric tank with float valve, UV sterilization, and a delivery pump to push treated water to the point of use.
- Larger storage capacity for peak-demand operations
- Built-in UV sterilization keeps stored water bacteria-free
- Float valve and solenoid automate fill cycles
- Delivery pump provides consistent pressure to equipment
Built for These Businesses
Wherever water quality directly impacts product quality, patient safety, or equipment longevity, the Maverick Lite delivers.
Coffee & Beverages
Consistent extraction and better-tasting coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
Healthcare & Dental
Sterile-grade water for autoclaves, instrument cleaning, and patient safety.
Laboratories
High-purity water for analytical, research, and quality-control applications.
Restaurants & Food Service
Clean ice, spotless glassware, and improved cooking water across the kitchen.
Maverick Lite vs. the Competition
Most commercial RO providers rely on imported components and lengthy lead times. We took a different approach.
<7-day lead times: ships in days, not months
American-made: designed, built & tested in the USA
Up to 75% water recovery: saving thousands in water costs
Powder-coated steel frame: 15+ year service life
Up to 5-year warranty + 1-year money-back guarantee
Direct expert access: certified water specialists, not scripts
Typical Competitors
8–12 week lead times: delayed projects and lost revenue
Imported components: vulnerable to tariffs and supply-chain disruption
~50% water recovery: wasting half the water you pay for
Inferior materials: 5–8 year lifespan before corrosion
Limited warranties: 1–2 years with restrictive fine print
Outsourced support: long holds and generic troubleshooting

Call (800) 608-8792What's included with the Maverick Lite?
Every system ships complete with the RO membrane, three pre-filter stages (5-micron sediment + dual carbon block), modular powder-coated steel frame, mounting brackets for wall or floor installation, quick-connect tubing, and all fittings. Storage tanks and UV sterilization are available as add-on options.
What is the warranty on the Maverick Lite?
The Maverick Lite is backed by strong coverage that reflects the durability of the system. Five (5) years from the date of purchase apply to filter housings, membrane housing, brackets, tanks, tubing, and fittings, the core hardware built to last. One (1) year from the date of purchase applies to pumps and electronics. Coverage begins at purchase, not installation, so you're protected as soon as you buy. Filters and membranes are consumables and are not covered under the hardware warranty; we make reordering them simple through our filter program.
Can I install it myself?
Yes. The Maverick Lite supports plug-and-play installation with included brackets and hardware. Most users complete setup in under 2 hours. For more complex plumbing configurations, our experts can walk you through it over the phone or recommend a certified local installer.
How often do filters need replacing?
Pre-filters should be replaced every 6–12 months depending on water quality and usage. The RO membrane typically lasts 2–3 years. We offer a convenient auto-ship program so you never miss a filter change.
What GPD size do I need?
It depends on your daily water usage. A small coffee shop typically needs 200–350 GPD, while a dental office or small restaurant may require 500–750 GPD. Our team can help you size the system. Just call or request a free quote.
Does it include a storage tank?
Storage tanks are optional and can be added during checkout. They're recommended for businesses with peak-demand periods where you need a large volume of RO water available on demand.
What are the feed water requirements?
Feed water should be below 1,000 ppm total dissolved solids (TDS). If your source water is particularly hard or high in iron, we recommend pre-treatment. Our specialists can advise on the best configuration for your water chemistry.
