UQL1864 Vintage Outdoor Post Light, 26.00''H x 17.00''W x 13.50''D, Industrial Bronze Finish, Paris Collection

PRODUCT OVERVIEW:

What makes this product different?
The UQL1864 brings a refined historic charm with its colonial-inspired lantern silhouette, a profile rarely matched in standard outdoor post lights. Unlike others that rely on mass‑produced aluminum frames, this piece is handcrafted from genuine brass and steel with patina accents, giving every fixture a unique character. Its beveled glass and angular framing scatter warm, omni-directional light more artfully than typical clear-glass posts, balancing vintage European elegance with enduring quality.

Why is this product worth the price?
The UQL1864 Paris post light, weighing a substantial 14 lbs, justifies its price through handcrafted construction of genuine brass and steel, reflecting artisanal quality not found in mass-produced fixtures. Its timeless colonial gas lantern design, with beveled glass and a two-tone finish, speaks to design sophistication and enduring value. This investment piece offers even light diffusion and a warm glow, creating ambiance and utility while the "wet location" rating ensures lasting performance.

What value does this product offer over similar options?
The UQL1864 improves your entryway into a welcoming beacon where genuine brass construction and hand-riveted craftsmanship outlast flimsy stamped-metal alternatives that deteriorate within seasons. Each evening, its four-bulb configuration bathes your threshold in warm, diffused light through beveled glass—creating inviting ambiance that harsh single-bulb competitors can't match. While mass-market post lights feel generic, this Paris collection piece's colonial-inspired architecture and Industrial Bronze patina age gracefully, backed by Urban Ambiance's trusted UA Guarantee.

COLLECTION DESCRIPTION:

The Paris collection is defined by a rich historic flavor created by the timeless look of a colonial gas lantern. Constructed of genuine copper (Rustic Copper finished items) and genuine patinaed brass (Bygone Bronze finished items) these fixtures are handcrafted by manually riveting the copper and brass framing into a tasteful and striking architectural masterpiece. The antique lantern design artfully showcases a punched chimney head steeply descending into distressed yet sharply defined angled frames. Midway, the framing curves inward to narrow both the peak and the base. The enclosed glass shade reflects that exact shape to yield angled/slanting window patterns for optimally scattered diffusion.Available in Rustic Copper (genuine copper construction, with patina) and Bygone Bronze (genuine bronze construction, with patina) as pendant lights, post lights, and various wall sconce configurations.
