UMC9228 Modern Indoor/Outdoor Ceiling Fan, 10" H x 72" W x 72" D, Matte Black Finish, Aerwyn Collection

PRODUCT OVERVIEW:

What makes this product different?
The UMC9228 is defined by its sculptural five-blade silhouette and a flush-mount profile that feels architectural rather than bulky, making it ideal for modern interiors with lower ceilings. Unlike many ceiling fans in this category that emphasize integrated lighting, its matte black finish and clean mid-century form focus purely on design and airflow. Crafted with precision detailing, it delivers a quiet, seamless performance while offering a minimalist aesthetic often missing from comparable options.

Why is this product worth the price?
The Aerwyn 72" fan (UMC9228) justifies its price through its sophisticated, minimalist design, ideal for modern, contemporary, and Scandinavian interiors. Its matte black finish offers a sleek, cohesive look, and the powerful motor ensures quiet, effective airflow. This 72" diameter fan makes a statement, and though the description doesn't list the weight, its substantial size suggests durable construction. The Aerwyn collection prioritizes both visual appeal and functionality, making it a valuable addition to any space.

What value does this product offer over similar options?
The UMC9228 upgrades your space where ordinary fans merely circulate air. Its architectural five-blade design and flush-mount profile deliver whisper-quiet performance that mass-market alternatives can't match. While competitors offer flimsy stamped metal that wobbles and whines, this 72" span moves air with substantial, perfectly balanced blades. The matte black finish resists fading and fingerprints, maintaining its sophisticated presence year after year, all protected by Urban Ambiance's trusted UA Guarantee.

COLLECTION DESCRIPTION:

The Aerwyn Collection features a mid-century modern aesthetic with clean lines and a warm wood tone, designed to bring subtle sophistication to interiors. With its flush-mount profile and sculptural blade layout, the fan is well suited for low ceilings in living rooms, bedrooms, and lounges. Its quiet operation and cohesive design make it both a visual and functional upgrade to a variety of contemporary and transitional settings. This ceiling fan includes a cylindrical motor housing, paired with five slightly curved blades that extend outward in a symmetrical arrangement. The blades have a tapered form with a smooth surface that enhances airflow while maintaining visual balance. The flush-mount canopy sits close to the ceiling, minimizing bulk. At the center of the housing, a circular element—possibly an integrated light or design accent—adds a touch of contrast and detail.Available in Brushed Bronze, Matte Black, Brushed Nickel, Brushed Pewter, Barn Wood Tone, Polished Chrome, Textured Bronze, Gloss White, Walnut Tone, Brushed Brass, and Light Maple Tone as a ceiling fan with a five-blade configuration and flush mount installation.
