Create a dependable foundation for serious pressing workouts.

The TRUE Fitness XFW-7100 Supine Press Bench is engineered for facilities that require dependable performance, lasting durability, and a professional training experience. Its purpose-built design creates a stable platform for supine pressing exercises, helping users concentrate on controlled lifting mechanics without unnecessary movement from the bench.

Ideal for commercial gyms, athletic training centers, universities, corporate wellness facilities, and premium home gyms, the XFW-7100 combines a clean appearance with the rugged construction expected from TRUE Fitness strength equipment. The open layout also allows users and spotters to approach the bench comfortably during demanding workouts.

Built for daily use

Commercial-grade construction delivers stability you can trust.

Every component of the XFW-7100 is designed with high-use training environments in mind. Its durable frame provides a solid feel beneath the athlete, while the broad base helps maintain stability throughout pressing movements. This dependable construction makes the bench suitable for repeated sessions involving beginners, experienced lifters, and competitive athletes.

Supportive upholstery helps create a comfortable lifting position while maintaining the firmness required for effective force transfer. Entry-level press benches often flex under heavy loads or use thinner upholstery that compresses quickly, while this streamlined design is easy to integrate into free-weight areas and can be positioned alongside compatible racks, plate storage, and other pieces from the TRUE Fitness XFW strength line.

• Durable frame engineered for demanding training environments
• Stable supine platform for controlled pressing exercises
