Safe, controlled strength training

Build strength with confidence on the TRUE Fitness XFW-6800 Smith Machine.

The TRUE Fitness XFW-6800 Smith Machine combines premium commercial construction with a controlled lifting path, making it a dependable centerpiece for health clubs, training studios, athletic facilities, and high-end home gyms. Its modern styling complements contemporary fitness spaces while its durable frame is designed to support demanding, repeated workouts.

The guided bar system gives users the confidence to perform squats, presses, lunges, calf raises, and other foundational exercises without managing an unrestricted Olympic bar. A 14-position bar catch assembly provides multiple starting and stopping points, allowing users of different heights and experience levels to create a comfortable setup. Adjustable safety stops add another layer of protection during solo training and high-intensity strength sessions.

Natural movement and easy access

An open-frame design created for comfortable, efficient workouts.

The XFW-6800 features an open-frame configuration with elevated head clearance, giving users generous room to enter, exit, and position an adjustable utility bench. This accessible layout makes transitions between exercises smoother and supports a broad selection of upper-body and lower-body movements.

The weight carriage is counterbalanced to approximately 10 pounds, creating a manageable starting resistance for beginners while still supporting progressive, plate-loaded training for experienced lifters. Its three-degree bar angle follows the body's natural joint movement more closely than a completely upright path, an advantage most lower-priced Smith machines skip entirely, and it helps users maintain a comfortable position throughout squats and pressing exercises.

• Open design provides convenient bench and user access
• Counterbalanced carriage offers a light starting resistance
• Three-degree path supports more natural exercise movement
• Multiple catches accommodate different users and exercises

Commercial organization and durability

Keep your training area organized with integrated plate storage.

Eight integrated weight-storage posts keep Olympic plates close to the lifting area, reducing clutter and helping members move efficiently between sets. Storing plates directly on the machine also makes it easier for gym owners to maintain a clean, professional strength floor. From controlled squats and split squats to bench presses, shoulder presses, and calf raises, the TRUE XFW-6800 gives facilities a versatile platform for essential strength exercises.
