Precision biceps training

Precision biceps training starts here.

The True Fitness XFW-5000 Preacher Curl is purpose-built for athletes, commercial fitness centers, and serious home gyms looking to maximize biceps development with perfect exercise mechanics. Designed with TRUE's renowned commercial-quality construction, this preacher curl bench delivers outstanding stability while positioning users for strict, controlled repetitions that effectively isolate the biceps throughout every phase of the movement.

A carefully engineered 45-degree arm pad provides natural ergonomic positioning, reducing unnecessary shoulder involvement while encouraging optimal muscle activation. Combined with the easily adjustable six-position seat, users of virtually any height can quickly achieve the correct lifting posture for safer, more effective workouts.

Commercial strength built to last

Commercial strength built to last.

Every component of the XFW-5000 reflects TRUE Fitness' commitment to durability and long-term reliability. The heavy-duty steel frame provides rock-solid support during demanding lifting sessions, while replaceable wear guards on the bar catches help protect the equipment from repeated contact with barbells over years of commercial use.

Custom molded non-slip foot supports provide additional stability during heavy curls, allowing users to remain firmly planted throughout each repetition. Lower-priced preacher curl benches rarely include replaceable wear guards or floor-anchor provisions, leaving the frame to take direct wear over time. Floor anchor provisions are also integrated into the frame here for facilities requiring permanent installation.

• Heavy-duty commercial steel construction
• 6-position adjustable contoured seat
• Replaceable bar support wear guards
• Non-slip molded foot supports
