The TRUE Fitness PS100 Recumbent Bike is a light-commercial recumbent bike built around a reinforced walk-through frame, self-generating resistance system, and adjustable reclining seat. The ergonomic seat offers 24 fore-and-aft settings plus infinitely adjustable backrest recline, making it easier for different users to establish a comfortable riding position. With HRC Cruise Control, the bike can automatically adjust resistance to help maintain a selected target heart rate, reducing the need for repeated manual changes during heart-rate-based workouts.
