The TRUE Fitness Performance Series Elliptical is a residential elliptical cross-trainer built around TRUE's Core Drive™ System and AutoStride™ technology. Its stride automatically adjusts from 16 to 27 inches in 1-inch increments, allowing the machine to accommodate different users and movement preferences.

The Performance Series combines a 350 lb maximum user weight with a robotically welded heavy-gauge steel frame, orthopedic Soft Step cushioned footpads, extended handrails, and non-slip side steps. The result is a substantial home elliptical designed for consistent cardio training.

Choose the Emerge LED console for straightforward controls or select the 10-inch or 16-inch touchscreen for additional connected features and app compatibility.

A More Flexible Elliptical Workout

AutoStride™ automatically adjusts the stride length based on the user's pace, with a selectable range from 16 to 27 inches. This lets different users find a movement that feels appropriate without manually changing the machine between workouts.

TRUE's Cardio 360® system provides upper-body, lower-body, and total-body workout options. Side steps allow users to step onto the machine safely and can also be used for upper-body isolation, while TRUE's HRC® Cruise Control helps maintain a selected target heart rate.

The TRUE Performance Elliptical is available with three console choices: Emerge LED, 10-inch touchscreen, or 16-inch touchscreen. The touchscreen consoles provide direct connection to compatible third-party FTMS apps, while the Emerge console focuses on quick keys and straightforward workout controls.

Touchscreen models provide up to 10 user profiles and can save workouts when activated. The consoles also provide built-in workouts, while the touchscreen versions add connected features such as Wi-Fi software updates and compatible app connectivity.
