Comfort meets performance

A supportive seated workout with the benefits of an elliptical.

Balance concerns, joint pain, or simple fatigue keep plenty of people off standing cardio equipment altogether. The True Fitness Gravity Recumbent Elliptical gives them a way back in, combining the fluid, low-impact movement of a traditional elliptical with the stability and comfort of a supportive seated position, with none of the balance demands or repetitive impact of standing machines.

Its recumbent design helps support the back while placing the user in a comfortable position for sustained cardiovascular training. The smooth elliptical motion engages the lower body through a natural movement pattern, making the machine suitable for rehabilitation settings, active-aging facilities, hospitality fitness centers, and commercial gyms.

A compact footprint and refined commercial appearance allow the Gravity Recumbent Elliptical to fit naturally into a wide range of facilities while still delivering the durability expected from TRUE Fitness equipment.

Designed for easy access

Comfortable positioning for users of different fitness levels.

The step-through frame provides a clear and convenient entry path, helping users get on and off the machine with greater confidence. Its low step-over height is especially beneficial for older adults, rehabilitation users, and anyone with limited mobility or range of motion.

A 15-position ergonomic seat allows the machine to accommodate users of different heights and body types, an amount of adjustment most standard recumbent bikes don't offer. The active seat position encourages effective lower-body engagement while maintaining the comfort of a recumbent platform, and convenient support handles give users a stable place to position their hands as they exercise.

• Low step-over height for easier entry and exit
• Open step-through frame design
• 15-position ergonomic adjustable seat
• Supportive recumbent exercise position

Efficient commercial cardio

PowerStroke technology delivers smooth, dynamic movement.

TRUE's PowerStroke technology is designed to create an efficient exercise motion that challenges the lower body while remaining smooth and controlled. Users can train at a comfortable steady pace or increase the intensity for a more demanding cardiovascular and muscular endurance workout.

Dynamic workout programs offer variety for different goals, including general conditioning, endurance development, and interval-style training. Multiple UNITE console options allow facilities to select the display and entertainment experience that best suits their environment and members. Rehab clinics, senior wellness centers, and hotel fitness rooms with mixed-mobility guests are the clearest fit here, since the machine trades nothing on effectiveness while removing the balance and entry barriers of standing equipment.
