Premium seated cardio

Enjoy the benefits of elliptical exercise from a supportive seated position.

The True Fitness Apex Recumbent Elliptical combines the smooth, low-impact movement of an elliptical with the comfort and stability of a recumbent exercise machine. Its innovative seated design allows users to complete an effective cardiovascular workout without remaining in a standing position, making it an approachable choice for a broad range of ages and fitness abilities.

Recumbent seating helps reduce strain on the back and joints while supporting a comfortable exercise posture. The elliptical movement creates a fluid lower-body motion that can improve cardiovascular endurance, strengthen the legs, and support calorie-burning goals without the repetitive impact associated with running or walking.

Designed for commercial and institutional environments, the Apex offers a refined appearance that fits naturally into health clubs, rehabilitation facilities, senior-living communities, hotels, and wellness centers.

Comfortable and inclusive

Designed to help more users exercise with comfort and confidence.

The Apex Recumbent Elliptical provides a stable exercise platform for users who may find traditional standing cardio machines uncomfortable or difficult to access. The supportive seat helps maintain a secure body position while allowing the legs to move through a controlled elliptical path.

Its accessible design makes the machine particularly valuable for active-aging programs, rehabilitation environments, and facilities serving members with different mobility needs. A standing elliptical simply isn't an option for a meaningful share of these users, and the Apex gives them a way to build endurance and lower-body strength without having to support their full body weight throughout the workout.

Conveniently positioned handles offer additional stability, while the spacious pedal area supports a secure and comfortable foot position. The adjustable seating arrangement helps users establish an appropriate distance from the pedals for efficient movement.

• Supportive recumbent exercise position
• Reduced stress on the back and joints
