Plant Triple Crown Blackberry in full sun and well-drained soil for the best yield and flavor. Water regularly, especially during fruit development, and mulch to help keep roots cool and moist. After the harvest, prune out the old canes that have fruited to make room for new ones that will produce next season. Train the canes on a simple trellis or along wires for tidy growth and easy picking. Because it ripens later than many varieties, Triple Crown pairs beautifully with earlier blackberries or raspberries to create an extended berry season.
