TOUCH Neon Base #09, 13ml is a vibrant neon orange colored base designed to level the nail plate while delivering saturated color. Instead of building a manicure with a base plus separate orange gel polish, #09 can become the primary color layer itself.

Its bright orange tone is especially suited to summer sets, statement pedicures, colorful French designs and high-contrast nail art.

Application Notes for Nail Techs

Start with standard nail preparation, dehydration and primer or ultrabond when required. Apply a thin rubbing layer of clear elastic base and cure.

Next, level the nail with Neon Base #09. Keep the maximum thickness around the apex within 1 mm. Cure for at least 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp, refine the free edge if necessary, and seal with a compatible top coat.
