5-Step Application Recipe

1. Prepare and dehydrate the natural nail.

2. Apply a thin layer of clear elastic base.

3. Cure the foundation layer.

4. Level the nail with Neon Base #04 and cure for 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.

5. Finish with a compatible top coat.
