Aqua comes in a 15ml jar without a brush and is made in Ukraine. For application, use a thin elastic base foundation and remove its sticky layer before applying Liquid Polygel. The material cures in a 48W LED lamp for 60–120 seconds, depending on the layer. 

For the brightest, cleanest expression of the icy-blue shade, the manufacturer guidance recommends completing neon Liquid Polygel designs with a top coat without UV filters.
