TOUCH Base Cover Nude

A camouflage material for the base layer of the nail plate, versatile enough to stand entirely on its own. Thanks to its dense pigmentation, Nude works as a complete, standalone coating without needing a colored gel polish layered on top — and it doubles as a foundation underneath rhinestones, dried flowers, kamifubuki, slider decals, or stamping for further design work.

Working With the Consistency

The medium-thick texture is built to accommodate different working speeds, whether a technician moves quickly through a service or prefers to take their time. It doesn't run when picked up on the brush, covers in a single layer without gaps or streaking, and self-levels without extra smoothing. It resists yellowing and keeps its saturation even after four weeks of wear.

A Note on Temperature

Below 21°C, the base thickens slightly. If the consistency feels too stiff to work with comfortably, warming it in a cup of warm water, near a radiator, or in the microwave for 5-7 seconds brings it back to an easier working texture.

How to Apply

1. Shape the nail with a file, buff the surface
2. Address the cuticle: soften with remover, push back with a pusher, trim with clippers or manicure scissors, or perform a combined manicure with a drill
3. Remove germs, excess moisture, and dirt with an antiseptic and degreaser
4. Apply an acid primer or ultrabond before the base for longer-lasting wear
5. Cover the nails with Nude, cure in a UV/LED lamp for 60 seconds, then remove any sticky layer
6. From here, apply a clear top coat directly, or layer color polish if desired — curing each layer in the lamp
7. Remove residual sticky layer with a cleanser
8. Finish by hydrating the periungual area with cuticle oil
