Unlike transparent bases, Cold Water provides a noticeable color change while helping disguise surface imperfections and unevenness. The self-leveling texture allows the material to spread evenly and makes it easier to create a smooth, balanced coating without excessive product buildup.

The blue shade can be worn as a complete manicure or used as a colored foundation for creative nail art. Its pigmentation makes it possible to achieve an expressive result without relying on a separate gel polish layer.

Recommended Application

1. Gently prepare the natural nail surface with a 180-grit buffer.

2. Remove dust, oil, and moisture using a nail cleanser or fresher.

3. Apply dehydrator to prepare the nail plate.

4. Apply Ultrabond or primer with a semi-dry brush to the free edge, avoiding contact with the skin.

5. Apply TOUCH Hold Base or Smart Rubber Base as a thin supporting layer.

6. Cure for 60 seconds in the lamp and remove the inhibition layer from the supporting base.

7. Apply the first thin layer of Cold Water and cure for 60 seconds.

8. Apply the second layer with minimal leveling and cure for approximately 90 seconds.

9. Complete the manicure with a compatible top coat.

Important Application Notes

For long nails requiring camouflage material and additional structural support, a Builder Gel or Liquid Polygel is recommended rather than relying on the camouflage base alone. TOUCH Cover Base formulas intended for one-layer application are primarily nude shades such as Nude and Rosy Milk.

When leveling, keep the maximum thickness in the apex area at no more than 1mm. For a 48W LED lamp, the recommended curing range is 60–90 seconds depending on the layer thickness.
