TOUCH Builder Liquid 21 is a milky-colored liquid builder gel designed for strengthening, restoring, and extending medium-length natural nails. Its hybrid formula combines the structural strength of builder gel with the comfortable, fluid working consistency of a base.

The liquid texture spreads smoothly across the nail plate and quickly self-levels, helping create an even surface without unnecessary product manipulation. Medium pigmentation gives the nails a soft milky camouflage effect while allowing the product to work as both a structural material and a design base.

How to Apply TOUCH Builder Liquid 21

1. Prepare the natural nails for the procedure, preferably avoiding prolonged contact with water before application.

2. Remove surface oils and excess moisture with a nail dehydrator.

3. Apply primer, keeping it away from the cuticle and lateral nail folds. Allow the surface to dry for approximately 30 seconds.

4. Apply a thin supporting layer of transparent elastic base. Cure according to the base manufacturer's instructions and remove the inhibition layer.

5. Apply TOUCH Builder Liquid 21 for strengthening or extension. Build the required structure and cure in a 48W LED lamp for 60 seconds.

6. File the cured material to refine the shape. When strengthening natural nails, carefully file the underside of the natural nail where required.

7. Remove filing dust with cleanser and lint-free wipes.

8. Apply a suitable top coat and cure according to the manufacturer's recommended time.

9. Finish the service by applying cuticle oil to moisturize the surrounding nail area.
