About the formula

TOUCH Builder Liquid #04 is a pink, semi-transparent builder liquid with medium pigmentation, designed for strengthening, restoration, and extension on medium-length nails. It flows and self-levels like a base coat but cures into a durable, resilient coating that holds up well until the next correction is needed.

How to apply

1. Prep the nail plate and apply a dehydrator
2. Apply primer and let dry
3. Apply a clear, elastic base layer
4. Apply the builder liquid, distribute, and cure for 60 seconds under a 48W LED lamp
5. File to shape, wipe with cleanser and a lint-free wipe
6. Seal with a top coat, cure, and finish with cuticle oil
