A bright blue, semi-transparent builder liquid, #02 combines true gel strength with the easy flow of a base coat. Medium pigmentation gives it enough color payoff for creative looks, while the self-leveling formula settles smoothly across the nail plate for strengthening, restoration, and building medium-length nails.

How to apply

1. Prep the nail plate, avoiding water soaking
2. Degrease and remove excess moisture with a dehydrator
3. Apply primer, avoiding the cuticle zone, and let dry 30 seconds
4. Apply a clear, elastic base layer, cure, and remove the sticky layer
5. Apply the builder liquid and cure for 60 seconds under a 48W LED lamp
6. File to the desired shape
7. Wipe with cleanser and a lint-free wipe, then apply a top coat
8. Finish by moisturizing the cuticle area with oil
