Total Gym Closed Chain Platform (New)

The Total Gym Closed Chain Platform is designed to support a range of lower-body exercises such as loaded or unloaded squats and calf raises. Ideal for rehabilitation and physical therapy environments, it provides a stable surface for safe, progressive strength and balance training. When paired with accessories like a BAPS board, it enables unloaded BAPS work for controlled balance and mobility progression. The platform also accommodates multiple foot placements and movement patterns, allowing users to gradually advance coordination, speed, and agility.
