Total Gym 3 Grip Pull-Up Bar (New)

One pull-up bar facilitates pull-ups in three different grip positions—wide, narrow and hammer grip—for maximum variability. The 3Grip Pull-up Bar lets you put the focus where you want it—on the upper back, biceps, lats or any combination.

The pull-up bar accessory easily attaches to the top of the rails, allowing users to work with a percentage of their own bodyweight.

Gym Compatibility: 5300-04 RS Encompass PowerTower, 5200-E1 RS Encompass, 5200-02 Total Gym GTS and Total Gym ELEVATE Encompass.
