Build thicker, stronger backs with the TKO Strength Unilateral Diverging Seated Row – 706SR

The TKO Strength Unilateral Diverging Seated Row – 706SR is built to maximize range of motion and target the back from top to bottom.
With independent diverging arms and added stabilization support, it delivers powerful, balanced rowing strength in a commercial-grade plate loaded design.

---

Why Choose the TKO Strength Unilateral Diverging Seated Row – 706SR

Diverging Iso-Lateral Movement

Independent arms move through a natural diverging path, helping increase range of motion and promote balanced left-to-right strength development.

---

Multi-Grip Training Options

Wide grip and narrow (palms-facing) grip positions allow users to train different angles of the back within one machine, adding versatility to your strength floor.

---

Stabilized for Maximum Muscle Focus

The large footplate and chest pad provide added support, helping reduce unwanted movement and improve muscle concentration during heavy rows.

---

Designed for Commercial Performance

Part of the TKO Signature Plate Loaded line, this seated row combines straightforward engineering with durable construction, creating a worry-free solution for high-traffic facilities.

Your Facility, Upgraded with the TKO Strength Unilateral Diverging Seated Row – 706SR

Imagine your members planting their feet firmly on the oversized footplate, bracing against the chest pad, and pulling through a smooth, controlled arc.

No short range of motion.
No fixed straight-line pull that limits engagement.
No instability under load.

Just focused back training that feels strong and intentional.

The matte black frame and black upholstery with graphite accents give your strength floor a cohesive, professional appearance. It’s equipment that performs consistently — and looks the part.
