The TKO AirRaid Ski Trainer isolates the poling motion of Nordic skiing with a 10-level air damper system, so resistance builds the harder each pull is driven, from a steady endurance pace all the way to an all-out sprint. Athletes can alternate arms for a rhythmic endurance pace or accelerate into a double-pull for maximum power output, all from the same machine.

A included floor stand keeps the unit freestanding on an open training floor, while the included wall mount bracket lets a facility fix it permanently to a wall when floor space is tight.
