The TKO AirRaid Rower uses a true air damper system with 10 resistance levels, so the harder the pull, the more the fan pushes back, echoing the way resistance actually builds against an oar. An ergonomic seat glides smoothly on a corrosion-resistant aluminum rail, and the console tracks time, stroke rate, distance, calories, and watts, with heart rate available when paired to a monitor.

Built-in FTMS Bluetooth, the current standard for controlling connected fitness equipment, lets the rower sync with compatible training apps, while transport wheels make it simple to move between a group class layout and open floor space.
