Tirreno Melon

80 days. Tirreno is an attractive Tuscan type melon that is high yielding and vigorous, ideal for organic gardens. The round, 2-3 pound, pale green, netted fruit have deep, dark green ribs that develop a yellow hue when they’re ready for picking. Inside, a thick layer of orange flesh is sweet, flavorful and aromatic. Great disease resistance and shelf life. HR: F 0-2. IR: PM 1-2, 5.
