Description
Throwdown HIITMill X Self-Powered Treadmill
The Throwdown HIITMill X is a self-powered, resistance-driven treadmill designed for sprinting, sled-style pushing, loaded carries, and high-intensity conditioning. Unlike a conventional motorized treadmill, the belt moves from the user's effort, while a magnetic resistance brake lets users increase workload for strength-oriented pushing and interval training.
With a 23-inch-wide cushioned turf belt, farmer's carry lift arms, multiple hand positions, and accessory attachment points, the Throwdown HIITMill X combines running and resistance training in one machine. It is suitable for commercial training facilities, athletic performance centers, personal training studios, and dedicated home gyms focused on high-intensity training.
Self-Powered Training With Adjustable Magnetic Resistance
The HIITMill X uses a fixed 11-degree incline and a magnetic resistance brake with a control lever. Users can walk, run, sprint, or push against resistance without a motor, while the extra-wide turf belt provides additional room for lateral work and stability under load.
The integrated HIIT Console includes a backlit display, Bluetooth and ANT+ connectivity, and programmable time, distance, calories, time-interval, and calorie-interval workouts.

Built for Sprint, Push, and Carry Work
The HIITMill X measures 78 inches long, 55 inches wide, and 66 inches high. It weighs 441 lb and supports users up to 350 lb. The farmer's carry arms and resistance system expand the machine beyond conventional treadmill use, making it particularly useful for performance-focused conditioning and circuit training.
Because the Throwdown HIITMill X is self-powered, no electrical outlet is required for walking, running, or pushing. This makes placement more flexible in both dedicated home gyms and commercial training spaces.
