Threadless nipple bar with 3mm cabochon gems, 12g

These side-set threadless side facing gem barbells are perfect for nipple piercings! Available in a variety of 3mm cabochon gems and lengths from 3/8″ to 1″. Cabochon gems are polished smooth rather than faceted, such as opal and turquoise. Sold individually, buy 2 for a pair.

This barbell has a 12g post. This is our standard for nipple piercings and what we recommend for daily wear in new and healed piercings to reduce the risk of irritation and rejection.
