The bar that started kinetic training. The original Bandbell bar (the Bamboo Bar) was the first flex barbell, built from hardened ash wood with a composite resin core. It bends under load, which forces the small stabilizing muscles to engage on every rep. Steel bars do not do that.

Light enough for rehab work, strong enough for strength building, and the easiest entry point into the Bandbell system for anyone new to kinetic training.
