The Foundation

The Foundation is a modern replacement for a traditional box spring. Foam and hybrid mattresses need closer slat spacing than an old box spring provides — too much gap and the mattress sags between slats, which voids most warranties.

It ships flat and clicks together without tools, and legs are an optional add-on if you want the extra height. Six sizes, twin through CA King.
