‘The Birds & Bees Sunflowers’ Songbird/Pollinator Flower Seeds

The Birds & Bees Sunflowers earn their name twice over. Golden-yellow petals surround rich chocolate discs that offer pollen and nectar to bees in bloom, then ripen into oil-rich black seeds with softer shells for songbirds.

Sturdy 6–8-foot plants make an animated summer backdrop, following the light and drawing wildlife into view. Sow a few successive groups for a longer season of flowers, or let the final heads stand as natural feeders.
