Texsel Greens Kale

B. carinata 60 days. This versatile kale can be used raw as a tasty salad green, or sautéed and added to stir fries and other Asian-inspired dishes. Providing multiple cuttings, the mature leaves have a wonderful, garlic-like flavor while baby leaves are nice and sweet. We recommend harvesting the leaves when they are between 3 and 7 inches.
