Tatsoi Bok Choy (Brassica rapa)

Nutrient dense, delicious, and easy to grow! Tatsoi quickly forms a tasty rosette of shiny, deep green leaves in your spring or fall garden. Sweet, crunchy, with a slight bitter note, Tatsoi is wonderful in salads.
