Talon Onion

110 days. Large, firm bulbs with crisp, white flesh, deep tan skins, and exceptional storage quality. Uniform, 3-4 inch tall globes are fabulous caramelized or slow-cooked into savory French onion soup. Talon grips the ground with a strong, deep root system, making it an excellent choice for less than ideal growing conditions. Storage type; stores 10-12 months. Long-day variety.
