A widely adaptable variety for roadside markets, M3 offers Mirai-style sweetness and a tender, clean bite. The 7½-8” ears pick easily at full maturity and have an attractive dark green husk with good flag leaves and tight cover. Expect reliable tip fill, 16-18 straight rows of bright, contrasting kernels, and strong field and post-harvest holding ability characteristic of the Meridian brand.
