Description
This Meridian brand bicolor is great for both roadside stands and shipping with Mirai-style sweetness and tenderness. The 7½-8” ears fill well to the tip, have a tight dark green husk, and short shank. Ears pick easily at full maturity, and the straight, bright kernels resist denting in the field and postharvest. M1 kernels have a unique texture that doesn’t stick in your teeth when eating, but is strong enough to handle machine harvesting and shipping. A strong performer in Northern regions.
