Sweet Corn Biotech Crown F1 Seed

Biotech sweet corn has been bioengineered to exhibit specific traits that are not found in conventional varieties, including resistance to insect pests and tolerance to specific formulations of herbicide. These traits result in plants with strong inherent protection to insect pests, particularly lepidoptera species, with reduced use of insecticides, as well as greater flexibility in weed management.

A supersweet yellow variety with uniform ears and strong adaptable plants that carry the Attribute Plus level of insect protection and glufosinate tolerance. The ears average 8" long with 16 kernel rows, protected by a strong husk package with plenty of tip cover and attractive flag leaves. Crown’s sweet flavor and tender pericarp make it a great choice for roadside and fresh market sales. 

All orders require completion of the Attribute Sweet Corn Grower Agreement and a Grower License Number on file before shipment will be made. This product cannot be sold in Idaho, Oregon, or Washington.
