StairMaster 10G Series Gauntlet StepMill

StairMaster 10G StepMill: Gauntlet Climbing With OverDrive

The StairMaster 10G Series Gauntlet StepMill is a full-size StairMaster stair climber, combining a revolving staircase with OverDrive Training Mode for demanding cardio and resistance-based climbing workouts. It is designed for commercial fitness facilities, athletic performance centers, and dedicated home gyms where users want the most advanced StairMaster climbing platform.

The 10G offers 25 training levels from 24 to 190 steps per minute. Its 12-inch-deep by 22-inch-wide steps provide substantial foot room, while the 400 lb user capacity supports a wide range of users.

StairMaster 10G OverDrive Training: Beyond Traditional Stair Climbing

OverDrive Training Mode adds resistance to the climbing movement to simulate demanding real-world actions such as pushing, carrying, and climbing under load. This gives the StairMaster 10G a distinct role for high-intensity conditioning and performance-focused training beyond conventional steady-state stair climbing.

Speed and stop controls are integrated into the ergonomic handrails for convenient adjustment during training. The low 9-inch step-up height makes entry easier, while the wider and deeper step surface supports confident foot placement.

StairMaster 10G Gauntlet StepMill Dimensions and Room Planning

At 63 inches long, 34 inches wide, and 81 inches high, the StairMaster 10G is a substantial machine that requires a dedicated workout area. StairMaster recommends a 10-foot ceiling, an important consideration for residential installations.

The 615 lb machine weight gives the 10G a planted feel during demanding sessions, while the 12V/5A power supply simplifies the electrical requirement compared with many large cardio machines. For home users with the space and commercial facilities alike, the 10G delivers StairMaster’s most advanced stair-climbing experience.
