Squash Y-Star Patty Pan F1 Organic Seed

This squash produces shiny golden yellow scalloped edged fruit with small green circles on the blossom end (green will vary under different environmental conditions). Pick small at the 2 - 4” stage before seed development for a tasty summer squash flavor with a hint of nuttiness. Eat raw in salads or grilled. If left on the vine, fruits will develop a hard shell for fall ornamental sales.
