Spirit Fitness CS800 Stepper

Description
The half-effort problem
Most budget steppers let you cheat the motion. This one won't let you
Cheap home steppers usually run on independent hydraulic pistons, meaning each pedal moves on its own. That makes it easy to lean on the handrails and half-press each step without ever noticing.
The Spirit Fitness CS800 Stepper uses a dependent, arched step-rail system that physically links both pedals together, so pushing one down fully raises the other. There's no shortcutting the range of motion because the machine won't let you.
Paired with a 16 inch maximum step height, one of the deepest in its class, and 20 levels of resistance, it's built to genuinely work the glutes, quads, hamstrings, and calves instead of just logging minutes on a screen.
Comfort details that add up over a session
Built to feel natural through a full workout
The bright LED console tracks calories, time, distance, and steps per minute, with scrollable post-workout summaries so progress is easy to see at a glance.
How it compares

IRON COMPANY describes the CS800 as delivering "an incredibly comfortable and space-efficient cardio unit," pointing to its dependent foot action, arched step-rail design, and solid handrail construction as standout commercial-grade features rarely found on lighter-duty steppers.
Ideal for
Commercial gyms and rehab facilities that need a space-efficient, low-impact cardio option, and home users who want a genuinely deep, joint-friendly stepping motion instead of a compact hydraulic mini stepper.
