Spirit Fitness CRW800 Rower

Stop settling for rowers that feel inconsistent under pressure.

Cheaper rowing machines can feel acceptable at an easy pace, but increase the intensity and their limitations quickly become obvious. Inconsistent resistance, lightweight frames and short rails can interrupt your rhythm when the workout gets serious. The Spirit Fitness CRW800 Rower is designed to provide a more controlled, commercial-quality rowing experience for demanding home gyms, training studios and fitness facilities.

Its combination of air and magnetic resistance gives each stroke a natural response while allowing you to fine-tune intensity across 16 resistance levels. Push harder and the airflow responds to your effort, while the magnetic system provides additional control for structured endurance sessions, intervals and strength-focused rowing.

Unlike basic magnetic rowers that can feel flat as your pace increases, the CRW800 is built to reward stronger pulls with a responsive, athletic rowing feel.

A rowing machine built for more than occasional cardio.

The CRW800 combines a long 54-inch rail with a 40-inch seat travel length and an 82.7-inch strap travel distance, providing room for a full rowing motion across a wide range of users. A molded ergonomic seat, padded handle and adjustable foot pedals help keep positioning comfortable during longer training sessions.

With a 450 lb maximum user weight capacity, this Spirit Fitness commercial rower feels substantially more planted than lightweight entry-level machines. That added stability matters during fast intervals when force travels through the entire machine on every stroke.

• Commercial-grade air and magnetic rowing resistance
• 16 selectable resistance levels
• 54-inch monorail for a generous rowing stroke
• Ergonomically molded seat and padded handle
• Adjustable numbered foot pedal positions

Intervals, endurance and total-body conditioning in one machine.

The adjustable 5.5-inch LCD console keeps your essential rowing metrics in view, including strokes per minute, time, distance, calories, watts, heart rate, resistance level and program information. Multiple built-in programs support everything from traditional cardio to 20/10 and 10/20 intervals, calorie targets, distance goals and custom interval workouts.

The CRW800 also operates without an electrical outlet. When training is finished, the frame folds to approximately 53 inches long by 18 inches wide, while integrated transport wheels make repositioning easier. This makes it especially practical for facilities or home gyms where floor space needs to remain flexible.

Its combination of substantial construction, responsive resistance and program variety helps explain why Spirit Fitness equipment is commonly selected for both serious home training and commercial fitness environments.
