Specialty Cucumber - Painted Serpent

Enjoy long harvests of cool cucumber-like fruits all season! Originally from Armenia, these long, curvy fruits are not a true cucumber but a melon. The crispy, white flesh is never bitter and the pretty striped skins do not need peeling. Painted Serpent thrives in hot and humid weather, yielding consistent large harvests of 10-12 inch long, deliciously juicy fruits to enjoy fresh from the vine. Cut into decorative scalloped slices, they are pretty as a picture! Monoecious.
