Description
The ruby red glitter at #112 in the SNS Pro Green Book. Three ways to buy it on this one listing: the 1.5 oz dip and acrylic powder that needs no activator, the soak-off gel and air-dry lacquer duo, or the 3-in-1 set with all three. Same number, same shade, whichever you pick.
This is one of 8 glitter codes in the Green Book. Glitter dip shows the sparkle in the powder itself rather than in a top coat, so the shimmer runs through the whole layer and does not wear off the surface. Most techs use it as an accent nail or over a matching cream from the same family.
Why this powder
- Fewer steps. Two thin coats of base, two of powder, then file and top coat. No activator coat at any point, and no lamp for the dip.
- Hands and toes in one code. The gel and lacquer duo carries the same shade as the powder, so a client can wear #112 as dip on the hands and lacquer on the toes.
- Acrylic-ready. Sculpt the same powder with monomer when the client wants length rather than an overlay.
- One formula for the five jobs. Bonding, strength, shine, protection and easy removal, with our Nutri-Plus vitamins and minerals in the base and the powder.

How to apply #112
Prep once: push back the cuticle, shape, buff the shine off the plate and wipe with alcohol. Then the service decides the piece.
- Dip. A thin coat of base, dip into #112, tap off the excess, repeat once. File and buff, then top coat. No activator and no lamp.
- Gel. Gel base, cured. Two thin coats of the #112 gel, cured after each. Gel top, cured, then wipe the tacky layer.
- Lacquer. Two coats of the #112 lacquer, air-dried. Top coat optional.
Removal for dip and gel is an acetone soak, never a peel.
Pair the powder with a base and a top coat from Dip Essentials, and the gel with a base and top from Base & Top Gel. No activator is needed with this book.

Questions about #112
Is #112 a glitter or a shimmer?
A glitter. The sparkle is in the powder, so it runs through the whole layer and does not wear off the surface the way a glitter top coat does. Many salons pair it with a cream from the same family as an accent nail.
Will the gel and lacquer match the #112 powder?
That is what the code is for. We build all three pieces of #112 to one shade, which SNS calls MasterMatch, so the powder on the hands and the lacquer on the toes read as one color. Match against the physical Green Book or the swatch photo above rather than a phone screen when the decision matters.
Is this a dip powder or an acrylic powder?
Both. Over base it works as a dip overlay; with monomer it sculpts like an acrylic. One jar of #112 does either job.
Color swatches vary with screens and lighting. For accuracy, match against the physical SNS Green Book. Packaging styles may vary by batch.
